When it comes to traveling, I definitely prefer budget travel over luxury trips. For me, going on vacation is all about exploring new places and experiencing local culture, not staying in expensive hotels. To save money, I usually book simple accommodations like hostels or guest houses, and I try to eat at local markets instead of fancy restaurants.

That being said, I do think there are a few things worth spending extra money on. For instance, I don't mind paying a bit more for guided tours or unique activities, like visiting a famous landmark or going on a outdoor excursion. Those are the special experiences you remember forever.

Overall, traveling on a budget actually makes my trips more exciting. It forces me to step out of my comfort zone and interact with locals, which leads to much better memories.
